The Safe Routes to School grants program is designed to improve the conditions and quality of bicycling and walking to school.

Public Safety, Department of
The Toward Zero Deaths (TZD) Enforcement grant program provides federal funds to law enforcement agencies to conduct enhanced traffic enforcement. A Request for Proposal (RFP) from law enforcement agencies will be posted to the Web site in Spring 2014 for the next grant cycle. In addition to the State Patrol, 55 law enforcement grants involving 277 agencies have been awarded for 2013.
