The Governor's Council on Developmental Disabilities (GCDD) is pleased to announce the availability of $210,000 in federal funds under provisions of the Developmental Disabilities Assistance and Bill of Rights Act of 2000 (DD Act)(P.L. 106-402) for Replication of the Minnesota Partners in Policymaking® Program, Partners Graduate Workshops, and Follow Along Activities. Proposals are being sought from any public organization, private for profit business, or private non-profit organization that has 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. The GCDD will make a single award of $210,000 to replicate the eight-month Partners leadership training program and carry out all related activities. Funding is available for a one-year period. Continuation funding is dependent upon the availability of federal funds and satisfactory performance of the contractor. Proposal deadline is Thursday, May 12, 2016 at 3:00 p.m
